No, you do not need to be home.
We’ll notify you the day before your scheduled cleaning and send an automated “on the way” text when we’re headed to your home.
As long as your bins are empty and placed at the curb, you don’t need to do anything else. After cleaning, we return your bins neatly to your garage or gate.
We typically service homes the day after trash pickup. Since garbage collection times can vary throughout the day, cleaning the following day ensures your bins are empty and ready for a proper wash.
You’ll receive an automated “on the way” text so you know exactly when to set your bins out
If you need to reschedule, you can easily adjust your service date through your customer portal.
If you prefer, you can also contact us directly and we’ll move your cleaning to the next available service day in your area.
We’re happy to work with you to keep your service convenient and on schedule.
We will ask you when you sign up what day your trash day is, and approximately what time your trash is picked up so we can put you on our route as efficiently as possible.
If you have garbage in your trashcan on cleaning day, please remove it before we arrive. We also ask that you dump any excess grass clippings if they are stuck in the bin.
No problem at all! Many of our customers live in HOA communities.
We understand that most HOAs do not allow trash bins to remain at the curb after pickup. Because of this, our customers typically bring their bins back out the following morning or when they receive our automated “on the way” text notification.
We’ll let you know when we’re coming, so you’re never guessing.
After your bins are cleaned, we return them neatly to your garage or gate, not left at the curb.
We’ve structured our service to work smoothly within HOA guidelines while keeping things simple and stress-free for you.
When you sign up, you’ll be billed for your upcoming scheduled cleaning to secure your spot on our route.
After that, recurring subscription plans are billed automatically on the 1st of each month moving forward.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your client portal, no contracts or long-term commitments required.
